Inspection is the cheapest insurance in the whole chain. A defect found in China is a conversation with the supplier. The same defect found in Bishkek is your loss, because returning goods to China almost never makes economic sense.
What we check
- Quantity — piece count against the invoice and packing list
- Conformity — is this the model, colour, size and configuration you ordered
- Condition — visible defects, damage, packaging integrity
- Completeness — accessories, cables, manuals, spare parts
- Function — for equipment and electronics, does it switch on and work
- Marking and labels — including requirements of the destination market

What you receive
A photo and video report before the cargo ships: general views, close-ups of any issues, packaging and markings. If something does not match, you decide while the goods are still in China — replace, discount or refuse.
