First, get your client code. The code is your personal number at the warehouse: it is how we find your boxes and know whose cargo it is. Below are the retail warehouse addresses. Copy the block in Chinese characters and send it to your supplier: in China the address is read exactly in this form, a translation will not work for the supplier.
Road freight warehouse — Foshan
For consolidated cargo and full trucks. From here cargo leaves by road for Bishkek, Almaty, Tashkent and Moscow.
We accept parcels from 100 g. The cost is weight × $2.90 per kg, but not less than 120 som per parcel. This is how small orders from Pinduoduo, Taobao and 1688 are charged.
Air freight warehouse — Guangzhou
For urgent cargo, samples and small lots. From 1 kg, 3–7 days to Bishkek.
For wholesale lots we have separate warehouses in Guangzhou, Yiwu and Urumqi. We give their addresses after the quote and order confirmation: for each lot we choose the warehouse nearest to your supplier, and both the rate and the transit time depend on it. Send the weight, volume and your supplier's city — we will quote and give you the address.

Rates for retail shipments from the warehouses above. Wholesale lots are priced by density and category, so a kilogram comes out noticeably cheaper — from $0.97. There are no retail shipments to Moscow; the minimum is 30 kg.

How to send goods to the warehouse
Get your code. Message a manager on WhatsApp — they register you and issue your personal client code.
Send the address to your supplier. Copy the block in Chinese characters and replace KIT-*** with the code your manager gave you.
Ask for the code on every box. Large, in marker, on two sides. If there are several boxes, number them: 1/5, 2/5 and so on.
Tracking number — optional. We identify the parcel by the code on the box. If you send the Chinese tracking number, we will watch for it and confirm receipt right away.
We receive it and let you know. We count, weigh, repack if needed and send photos. Then the quote and dispatch.

Copy it and send it to the seller on WeChat or 1688 — it has everything they need to know.

No. Without a code the box arrives anonymous and we cannot tell whose cargo it is. The code is free and issued in a couple of minutes — just message us before the supplier ships.
How long can cargo stay at the warehouse?
Storage while your lot is being consolidated is free. If goods stay longer than the usual consolidation period, we will let you know in advance — no surprises on the bill.
What if the supplier has already shipped without a code?
Message us straight away and send the Chinese domestic tracking number, the product name and the number of boxes. With these details we will try to find the cargo at receiving.
Do you accept goods from several suppliers?
Yes, that is the usual setup. All boxes go under your one code; we combine them into one lot and ship together — you pay for the total weight, not for each parcel separately.
Do you check the goods at receiving?
We count the pieces, inspect the packaging, weigh and measure. A full item-by-item and defect inspection is a separate service — tell us in advance if you need it.
