Before every departure
We run our own warehouses in the three trading hubs that matter: Guangzhou for the south and the Pearl River Delta, Yiwu for small wholesale, and Urumqi for the shortest route into Central Asia. Your suppliers ship there, we take it from that point.
What happens at the warehouse
- Receiving. We accept the cargo against your client code and match it to your order list.
- Counting and inspection. Piece count, packaging condition, obvious defects.
- Weighing and measuring. This is what the freight charge is based on.
- Repacking if needed. Chinese suppliers often ship boxes with air inside. Repacking cuts volume by 20–30%, and for light cargo the charge follows volume.
- Photo report. You see the cargo before it leaves China.
- Consolidation. Goods from several suppliers become one shipment under your code.
How to send goods to our warehouse
- Get your client code. Free, takes a couple of minutes on WhatsApp. It is how we identify your boxes among hundreds arriving daily.
- Send the warehouse address to your supplier. We provide it in Chinese, ready to paste into the chat.
- Ask the supplier to mark every box with your client code, clearly and on the side.
- Send us the order list. We check the arrival against it and flag any mismatch while the goods are still in China.
Without a client code we cannot identify your cargo. Boxes arriving unmarked sit in the unidentified area until someone claims them — do not let your supplier skip this.
Storage
Storage is free while your batch is being assembled. If cargo stays longer than usual we tell you in advance, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send goods from several suppliers?
Yes, that is the main reason the warehouses exist. Everything arrives under one client code and ships as a single consignment, so you pay for total weight instead of separate parcels.
What if the supplier sent the wrong goods?
We check the arrival against your list and send photos. While the cargo is in China you can still resolve it with the supplier — after departure that becomes very difficult.
How do I get the warehouse address?
Write to us on WhatsApp. We send the address in Chinese together with marking instructions and a ready message you can forward to your supplier.
