From finding the supplier to delivery at your warehouse

We cover the whole chain between a Chinese factory and your warehouse. You can take the whole thing or any single part of it.

Freight

• Road freight — consolidated cargo from 10 kg and full trucks up to 28 tonnes to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia
• Air freight — Guangzhou to Bishkek in 3–7 days, from 1 kg
• Sea freight — FCL and LCL from China to the USA, Canada and Australia

Before the cargo moves

• Sourcing and purchasing — we find suppliers, negotiate and pay in RMB from our own entity, commission from 1.5%
• Supplier verification and factory audit — legal status, licences, export rights, real production, on-site visit when the order justifies it
• Pre-shipment inspection — count, condition, completeness, function checks for equipment, photo and video report
• Warehousing and consolidation — receiving, checking, repacking, palletising, one shipment from many suppliers

Documents and clearance

• Customs services — HS classification, duty calculation before shipping, declaration in your company name
• Certification and permits — where the goods require them
• Marking — applied at our warehouse before departure when the destination market requires it
• Cargo insurance — on declared value, for the whole route
