A shipping cost calculator is now live on our website. It works out the cost of moving cargo from China based on weight, volume and route, and shows the result immediately — with no back-and-forth and no waiting for a manager to reply.
Why we built it
Every enquiry used to begin with the same question: how much will it cost. Answering it meant a conversation — clarifying weight, volume, type of goods and destination. That took anywhere from half an hour to a day, while the person often just wanted a sense of the figure to decide whether shipping made sense at all.
That step now takes thirty seconds. You enter weight and volume, pick a route and get an indicative figure. If it works for you, the conversation starts with specifics rather than with the question of price.
Two pricing models
The calculator runs two separate models, which matters because the price is formed differently in each.
Cargo scheme. The rate depends on the density of the shipment and its goods category. The more densely the goods are packed, the cheaper the kilogram. The calculator works out the density from the weight and volume you enter and shows which band you land in.
Official delivery with a full document package. Pricing follows our published rates, while customs payments are calculated separately: duty and VAT depend on the HS code and the invoice value, so no single figure can cover them.
What the breakdown shows
Beyond the total, the calculator shows how it was reached: weight, volume, density, the rate applied and the transit time. You can see exactly what you are paying for, and why a different packing arrangement changes the number.
The figure is indicative
We deliberately call the result indicative rather than final. The actual rate also depends on the type of goods, the season and how loaded the route is — things a calculator cannot account for. That is why every result carries a WhatsApp button: it opens a conversation with your parameters already filled in, so a manager can confirm the exact figure in a minute.
