In short. KITAY.KG imports goods from China officially — onto your company or onto ours. A contract, customs clearance with duties and VAT paid, and a full set of documents for your accounts. The official delivery rate is $1.8 per kg and below, plus duty and 12% VAT based on the product’s HS code. Transit to Bishkek takes 10–23 days. In logistics since 2016, with our own warehouses in Guangzhou and Foshan.

Two ways to import

Option 1

Onto your company

You are the importer. We find and check the supplier, buy the goods, ship them and clear customs onto your company. Customs documents are in your name.

Option 2

Onto our company

You don’t deal with importing at all. We import and clear the goods onto our own company, and you buy them from us in Bishkek as from a local supplier — with a supply contract, an ESF and a waybill. More — goods from China with documents.

Rate and transit time

The official delivery rate is $1.8 per kg and below, depending on the goods and volume. Duty and 12% VAT are calculated separately, based on the HS code. Questions and answers

How is official delivery different from cargo?

Cargo is faster and cheaper, but comes without documents for your goods — it suits market trade and your own retail. Official delivery includes customs clearance, duties and VAT, and a full set of documents: you need it when goods go through your accounts, into retail chains or to a tender.

Do I need a currency account?

No. You pay in soms to the account of a Kyrgyz company, and we pay the supplier in yuan.

Can you import the goods onto your company?

Yes. We import and clear the goods onto our own company, and you buy them from us in Bishkek with a supply contract, an ESF and a waybill. This suits companies and sole traders on the single tax.

What documents will I get?

A full set for your accounts: import documents when goods come onto your company, or a supply contract, an ESF and a waybill when you buy from us in Bishkek.

Can you consolidate goods from several suppliers?
